We are kicking off Summer 2021 with two 120 minute training sessions focusing on STRENGTH, SPEED & AGILITY.

Available for 10-16 yr olds, all our classes are adapted to the ability of the individuals so that every one can train together.

Our summer training has been designed to progress techniques with the first hour based around Olympic style lifting followed by an hour of speed and agility work.

Using the great indoor and outdoor facilities at our host venues

TIO at Rosslyn Park  - July 19th 13:00 - 15:00 - FULL

CrossFit 2012 in Esher - July 27th 10:30 - 12:30

These sessions will be hard work but very rewarding.

We will be sharing pre season dates for the end of August soon.

In the event of a lockdown or venues being subject to closure we will move sessions on to Zoom.
