Building strength, stamina, agility and confidence with a programme of cardio, lifting and gymnastic movement.
Strength, lifting & cardio for 9yrs to16yrs olds
Every Week Day AT PARK 19/10 - 30/10
10:30 - 11:30am £20per session
To follow venue guidelines our class size is limited to 5 places.
Mon/Weds AT BLITZ 26/10 - 28/10
3:30 - 4:30pm £15per session
To follow venue guidelines our class size is limited to 12 places.
We retain the right to cancel classes if we do not have enough sign up for the sessions to go ahead as planned.
In the event of a Tier 3 lockdown or venues being subject to closure we will move sessions on to Zoom.
