Coach lead Strength & Conditioning sessions designed for10 -16 year olds.
Our unique programme teaches lifting, cardio, bodyweight and gymnastic movements in a safe and supportive environment.
No two classes are the same, but each session will help your child to learn, perform and progress. Working in small groups or with partners, our mixed ability approach promotes team spirit as they tackle new physical challenges together.
To celebrate our launch at FUNK we’re offering a FREE taster session on Tuesday14 July.
It’s the perfect chance to meet the coaches, try the movements and see what MINT is all about.
From then decide whether you’d like to join us for more SUMMER SESSIONS or book in below and start with us in the AUTUMN TERM

After School Tuesdays & Thursdays 4:30 - 5:30pm
12 Week Term from 8 Sept to 10 Dec (2 week break for Oct Half Term)
Max 10 places available per session
You can book after a course has started and only pay for remaining sessions.
Please remember to bring your own water bottle to the session and to have a layer to put on once you have finished training.

ATTENDANCE: If your child is unable to attend a session we will do our best to accommodate them in a different session. However, due to numbers we cannot guarantee this. We do not give credit for a session in the following term.
TOILET/WATER: Each child must bring their own water bottle, to be filled up prior to the session. We will not be able stop to allow children to fill bottles during the session.
KIT: Children must come in appropriate sports clothing. This must be clean with shoes used for gym work. We reserve the right to refuse access to kids who come in muddy trainers and kit.
PUNCTUALITY: Due to the gym being used by other members we ask that children should come no more than 5 minutes before their session starts. Punctuality is important and we reserve the right to not allow entry if they are very late.
