Meet Anna

Coach

Anna discovered a love of triathlon while studying for her BSc in Sports Science at Southampton University. She has travelled the world competing and taking on the more challenging endurance discipline of IronMan.

Throughout her training she studied equally hard for a teaching degree from Brunel University and went on to teach PE for 10 years. Anna made the change to full-time coaching in 2018 and is a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer as well as Level 1 British Weightlifting qualified.

She’s  an amazing role model and you'll always find her encouraging our MINT kids, motivating them to reach their full potential.

Meet Alfie

Coach

A county level footballer, Alfie played for the mighty Moreton Rangers before qualifying as an FA certified coach.

He studied for his degree, Sporting Excellence in Football, at leading sports college, Hartpury.

This is where Alfie’s interest in strength and conditioning grew, so much so that he deferred his football scholarship to an American university and was accepted by top sporting university St Mary’s to study Strength & Conditioning Science and achieved a 1st!

We are please he also decided to join Team MINT and Alfie now runs our weekday SnC sessions at Wetherby School.
