MINT SUMMER TERM 2026
Speed, Strength and Cardio for 10yrs to16yrs olds
Our unique programme teaches lifting, cardio, bodyweight and gymnastic movements in a safe and supportive environment. No two classes are the same, but each session will help your child to learn, perform and progress.
Working in small groups or with partners, our mixed ability approach promotes team spirit as they tackle new physical challenges together.
NEW: ENDURANCE THURSDAYS
Focusing more on cardio and using a variety of equipment our Thursday classes are given over to Endurance.
A style of training that is popular for kids who like to go the extra mile and, being MINT, we also always make it fun.
After School Mon, Tues,Weds, Thurs & Fri 4:40 - 5:30pm
From 13th April until 10th July break for May Day 4th and May Half Term (25th - 30th)
You can book after a course has started and only pay for remaining sessions.
