Sign up for FIVE weekly sessions (each session covers different techniques)
Staring January Tuesday 9th (CrossFit Esher),Wednesday 10th (Blitz), and Thursday 11th (Funk)


 You can book single drop in sessions after a course has started but you will need to roll over to the next course to complete all FIVE sessions.
Max 12 places per session.

Please remember to bring your own water bottle to the session and to have a layer to put on once you have finished training.
