During lockdown we proved that we can keep everyone fit, active and training safely via Zoom.
It is also is a great addition to a training programme.
Focusing on muscle groups for strength and athletic development in a 45 minute workout.
These classes are designed to be followed at home with zero gym equipment although home weights can be used.
