Strength & Conditioning for Radnor House School

MINT AUTUMN TERM 2025

Speed, Strength and Cardio for Radnor House Students at Twickenham Rowing Club

Our unique programme teaches lifting, cardio, bodyweight and gymnastic movements in a safe and supportive environment. 

No two classes are the same, but each session will improve fitness, performance and confidence.

Before School Courses on Tuesdays and Fridays at 7 to 8am

Lunchtime Courses on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 1 to 2pm
from 9th Sept until 12th December with a two week* break for October Half Term
 You can book after a course has started and only pay for remaining sessions.
15 places per course available

*Half Term is 20th - 31st Oct 2025

Venue: Twickenham Rowing Club, Eel Pie Island TW1 3DY

Please remember to bring your own water bottle to the session and to have a layer to put on once you have finished training.

We retain the right to cancel courses if we do not have enough sign up (minimum 8 people) for the sessions to go ahead as planned.
