Keep your child active over the Easter Break

Two hours of weightlifting & sprint technique for teens. 

Fully equipped gym with inside and outdoor space

These sessions will focus on a weightlifting movement & sprinting mechanics. Every session is specifically programmed to allow recovery from the previous day. 

Rugby, Rowing, Football, Tennis, Cricket - the  movements we teach are the building blocks to getting faster and stronger and will benefit everyone.


Venue: Rosslyn Park, Barnes - 5 mins walk from Barnes Station

TIO, The Rock, Priory Lane, London SW15 5JH


2pm - 4pm on Tues 4th, Thurs 6th, Tues 11th and Weds 12th April

£32.50 a session (select Drop In) or £120 for all four

We retain the right to cancel classes if we do not have enough sign up for the sessions to go ahead as planned.
