Keep your child active in the run up to Christmas

Two hours of weightlifting & sprint technique for teens. 

Venue: Rosslyn Park, Barnes - 5 mins walk from Barnes Station

TIO, The Rock, Priory Lane, London SW15 5JH

Fully equipped gym with inside and outdoor space

These sessions will focus on a weightlifting movement & sprinting mechanics. Every session is specifically programmed to allow recovery from the previous day. 

Rugby, Rowing, Football, Tennis, Cricket - the  movements we teach are the building blocks to getting faster and stronger and will benefit everyone.



2pm - 4pm Monday 19th/Tuesday 20th /Wednesday 21st

£32 a session or £90 for the week (please ask for 20% Sibling Discount)

We retain the right to cancel classes if we do not have enough sign up for the sessions to go ahead as planned. 

In the event of a lockdown or venues being subject to closure we will move sessions on to Zoom.
