WHAT YOU NEED
A tile, wood or slidey floor
2 tea towels/ socks/ paper plates - basically anything that’s going to allow your feet to slide.
WORKOUT - 18 MINTUES EMOM (Every Minute On the Minute)
Work your way through the list below doing each activity for 45 seconds with 15 second rest.
TWO ROUNDS = A great workout and a clean floor, double win!
Single leg clock squats (Left leg)
Single leg clock squats (Right leg)
Sliding alternated Pike & Tuck in
Bear crawl drags
Curtsy lunge (Left leg)
Curtsy lunge (Right leg)
Alternating plank knee to elbow slide through
Slide out archer push ups (scale to knees if needed)
