WEEK FOUR - FOOTIE WORKOUT
Alfie, one of our MINT Coaches has devised this fantastic football workout.
Not only will you get a sweat on, it’s great fun to do and for the footballers amongst you, it accumulates those all important daily ball touches.With the football drills in particular, it’s important to have light feet and stay low.
WHAT DO YOU NEED?
2 markers on the floor - 3 or 4 pigeon steps apart
THE WORKOUT - 12 MINUTE AMRAP
(As Many Rounds as Possible)
6 x Figure of 8 foot control (inside, sole, outside)
10 x Ball V-Ups
40 x Ball Foot Taps
6 x Figure of 8 in 4 point crawl (using hands to move the ball & knees just off the ground)
Why not do it with your friends online top keep yourselves going.
You should get 4 rounds done, 5 rounds if you keep control of the ball, 6 rounds = GREAT JOB!
