WEEK FOUR FRIDAY WORKOUT
This is the 2nd Workout in the series of our collaboration with The Week Junior magazine.
This is non stop work for 15 minutes.
Out of the four exercises there will be some you find easier than others. Use these “easier” exercises as a time to get your breath back and don’t forget to count how many rounds you manage and share with us how you get on.
THE WARM UP - 2 ROUNDS
Lunge Reach x10 (each leg)
Star Jumps x 20
THE WORKOUT 15 MINTUTE AMRAP
(As Many Rounds As Possible)
15 x Air Squats
10 x Front Support Slide Ups
14 x Lunges (7 each leg)
20 x Alternating Down Dogs (10 each arm)
