TODAY'S WORKOUT: BOX DRILL TO BURPEE
Inspired by our new MINT Coach Nick
This is a speed and change of direction workout from Nick, one of our new MINT Coaches. It is dynamic and fast paced to improve your agility.
WHAT YOU NEED
Four cones (or anything to mark out the box) space between the cones is 2 big strides to make a square.
3 ROUNDS with 2 MINS REST BETWEEN ROUNDS
Add 1 burpee every time you complete each box drill until you reach 10 burpees
