WHAT'S THE PLAN?
Here at MINT Coaching we are sorting through all the online workouts that our friends at gyms around the world are doing so we can put our MINT spin on and deliver to you here and on our Instagram feed #MINTWOD
We will also be setting you some longer term movement & strength #MINTChallenge that you can build on over time.
Scaled for our Extra Strong 11yrs + kids you can scale down for younger children although we have some more content coming out soon for them too.
WHAT DO YOU DO?
Check our site every Monday, Wednesday and Friday for the latest Workout or Challenge.
We will post it with some pictures or video so you can see how the movements go.
Grab your water bottle, put your trainers on, hit play on your playlist and find a safe space to train.

3 ROUNDS / 2 MINS PER EXERCISE*
100 jumping jacks
30 shoulder taps at top of push up (keep these slow and no wiggly hips)
30 reverse lunges – step backwards, gently touching back knee on floor and front knee bends to 90º
*Stop at 1:45 each time even if you didn't finish to give you time to get started on the next exercise.
We like this all over body workout as it keeps you moving for 18 minutes and the shoulder taps get trickier as you get more tired. In all 3 rounds stop those hips from sagging.
