WEEK THREE MONDAY WORKOUT

To kick off the week we are going to do a workout we love from www.rugbybricks.com
These guys make rugby kicking tee’s and deliver outstanding rugby training programs from their base in New Zealand.
This is a great one to do on a mild evening in the garden before tea or in the park (as long as you haven't already been out).
You’ll need a rugby ball*, and persuade a family member to help you out.
*if you don’t have a rugby ball any other shaped ball will do!
