WEEK TWO FRIDAY WORKOUT

IN COLLABORATION WITH THE WEEK JUNIOR!!


We are very pleased and privileged to have been asked to collaborate with The Week Junior Magazine and created a series of “at home” workouts. They will be released every 2 weeks in their magazine and are great for kids from 8 years and up.

The Warm Up

Round the clock single leg balance and foot tap x3 on each leg


The Workout - 5 ROUNDS

30 seconds Work /30 seconds Rest - get a beeper/timer for this!

  • Triple Wall Sprints

  • Shoulder Taps in Front Support

  • Squat Jumps

  • Upper Body Raise
