TODAY'S WORKOUT: MOBILITY CIRCUITS

This mobility flow is from the guys at Cornwall High Performance, they run a similar program to us here at MINT Coaching for the young athletes in Cornwall.
After all the jumping from last week this circuit will be a great start to the week to stretch out all those stiff joints...but don't be fooled, if you link all 5 rounds you should get a sweat on too!
5 ROUNDS #MINTWOD
Side Lying Windmill x 2 each side
Hip Rolls x 2 each side
Glute Bridge x 5
Hamstring walkout x 3
Deep Squat & reach 2 x each side
Inchworm push up x 3
