TODAY'S WORKOUT: MOBILITY CIRCUITS

Inspired by the guys at Cornwall High Performance


This mobility flow is from the guys at Cornwall High Performance, they run a similar program to us here at MINT Coaching for the young athletes in Cornwall.


After all the jumping from last week this circuit will be a great start to the week to stretch out all those stiff joints...but don't be fooled, if you link all 5 rounds you should get a sweat on too!


5 ROUNDS #MINTWOD


  • Side Lying Windmill x 2 each side

  • Hip Rolls x 2 each side

  • Glute Bridge x 5

  • Hamstring walkout x 3

  • Deep Squat & reach 2 x each side

  • Inchworm push up x 3

If you have a foam roller at home give your legs a roll out as we've got a nice challenge coming soon.
