WEEK TWO WEDNESDAY WORKOUT
TODAY'S WORKOUT: FEEL THE BURN
Our friends at Crossfit 2012 have come up with this lovely home workout.
The pike push ups in this workout are perfect practice for your MINT Coaching Headstand Challenge.
16 MINUTE AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible)
8 x Over Head Squat (using any object you like) 6 x Pike push ups (top of head must touch the cushion in front of your hands every time) 30 seconds of Hollow body hold (use a scaling option so you can complete the full 30 seconds each time)
This workout will feel easy at first but gradually those reps will creep up and you’ll start to “feel the burn”.
